Overview
8:15 – 9:00 am. You will be picked up from your hotel in Luang Prabang City than take about 45 minute to Ban Xiang Hai, where the local villager make Lao Lao wisky and weaving, spend about 20 minute to visit the village and try the local product then get back to our car to continue to visit Pak Ou cave,
Take the slow boat to cross the Mekong river to enter the Cave, from the uper floor of the cave we see a breathtaking view. As Pak ou is also where the confluence of the Mekong and the Nam Ou rivers. The caves are noted for their miniature Buddha sculptures. They take many different positions, including meditation, teaching, peace, rain, and reclining (nirvana).
At about 11am, we arrive the elephant village on the Mekong Riverside and near Pak Ou caves.. Being introdued by an experience mahout about the elephant and their habit learn to keep safe when playing with elephant then you will be able ride the elephant and feeding or playing with them. After finishing 1 hour program, we get back to the bus to return Luang Prabang
After that we have a nice lunch in a restaurant in the camp. After lunch, return to Luang Prabang by minivan. We will arrive at the city center or your hotel around 14:00
