7:30-8:15AM Being picked up from your hotels in Luang Prabang then we start our trip with the transfer to the north of
the city to Nam Ou River approximately 40 kms from Luang Prabang.
We start the kayaking challenge on the smaller tributary of Mekong. Before you arrive to the natural wonder Pak OU Cave you will join the mighty Mekong River. The Pak ou caves are noted for their miniature Buddha sculptures.
Hundreds of very small and mostly damaged wooden Buddhist figures are laid out over the wall shelves. They take many different positions, including meditation, teaching, peace, rain, and reclining (nirvana) After the visit to the cave we continue our kayaking trips down the great Mekong River to the “whisky” village. When you arrive at the whisky village you can take a look and walk around looking how they make the whisky (Lao-Lao) from the sticky rice.
We will have lunch then start our trip to Bear rescures centre and
Kuang si waterfall. The waterfall is so cool and promise to bring you hundred of beautiful pictures and you can also swimming it cool and green stream 16:00 we transfer back to Luang prabang city.
