8:15 - 8:45 Am Being picked up from your hotel in Luang Prabang, then we tranferd to Luang Prabang Pier for the slow boat cruise on Mekong river. Getting
on the Junk boat you will be free to relax and enjoy the fresh air. you will have many beautifull picture of le local daily living, some times is the long tail boat cruising fast to bring merchance who are bringing foods, vegetable or poultry from their garden to morning market. some time you can see some fisherman working early to try to get some thing for family.
The boat sruise 45 minute upstream to arrive
Ban xiang Hai village where it is famous for the whisky and luang prabang veaving. after visiting the traditional village we get back to the boat for another 15 minute cruise to
Pak ou caves. We see a breathtaking view of the tranquil countryside as well as the mysterious nature on the way. Pak ou where the confluence of the Mekong and the Nam Ou rivers. The caves are noted for their miniature Buddha sculptures. They take many different positions, including meditation,
teaching, peace, rain, and reclining (nirvana).
At about 11 AM, we arrive the elephant village on the Mekong Riverside and near Pak Ou caves.. Being introdued by an experience mahout about the elephant and their habit learn to keep safe when playing with elephant then you will be able feeding them, ride the elephant to river and bathing / playing with them. After finishing 1 hour program, the boat takes us to the elephant camp and we enjoy a beautiful buffet style lunch at the restaurant

Kuang Si Waterfall – you will have time to explore the three layered Kuang Si Waterfall walk the trails of the nature reserve and swim in the refreshing turquoise water pools and visit the bear rescue center. We leave for Luang Prabang in the late afternoon. We make a short visit at Ban Na Uan Hmong village on the way.
We return to your hotel in Luang Prabang city between 5:30-6:00 PM
