Full Day Ho Chi Minh Trail – MK

The day begins at 8:30 or 9:00 am at the hotel. We will then embark on a scenic drive along Route 7 East, which follows the historic Ho Chi Minh Trail.

Along the way, we will make a stop to visit the largest bomb crater valley, where the United States dropped Agent Orange to clear the forest.

Afterward, we will continue our drive along the Ho Chi Minh Trail to reach a traditional H’mong village.

Here, you will witness the remarkable use of bomb casings in constructing houses and fences. We will pause for lunch at a local restaurant before proceeding to explore the water cave, where a natural spring emerges.

Next, we will hike up to the Piu Cave, which served as a hiding place for 400 people during the war.

Continuing our journey, we will visit a small hot spring, where you can take a refreshing bath. Finally, we will trek to the weaving village before returning to Phonsavan.
