Vientiane and Vang Vieng 4D/3N tour package

Day 1: Vientiane city tour and transfer to Vang Vieng.

Being picked up from your hotels in Vientiane city center. As you may know Vientiane is a charming and fascinating capital, with an interesting mix of Lao, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, French, and American stay together influences.

Today, we start visiting the major sights of the capital; including Wat Sisaket, the oldest temple with thousands of miniature Buddha statues, and the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo, which previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image.

Enroute to Lao’s national icon, the precious and sacred structure of Pha That Luang Stupa, you will have the opportunity to take some pictures of the imposing Patuxay Monument, which is known as Vientiane’s own Arc de Triumph.

The last is Buddha park, an enchanting collection of Buddhist and Hindu sculptures on the Mekong Riverside meadow, close to the Friendship Bridge. There are approximately 200 religious images dating back over 500 years, which were created by a mysterious monk spreading his philosophy on life and revealing his ideas about the universe.

Arrive Vang Vieng check in hotel 6pm our tour guide come and escort you to explore the Vang Vieng night and have dinner in a local restaurant

Day 2: Full-Day Kayaking, Tubing & Blue Lagoon Adventure – Vang Vieng

8:30AM Being picked up by tour guide and head off to the Nam Song River where we embark on a 5km kayaking adventure. Vang Vieng Kayaking along the Nam Song River and admire the beautiful karst rock formations
We then continue to go tubing inside Tham None Cave - marvel at the numerous stalactites inside the cave. After that, A driver will pick us up to Blue Lagoon, a turquoise natural swimming pool. We will recharge our energy with delicious lunch and Relax for the next day's adventure!

Day 3: Pha Ngern Viewpoint Trek, Tham Phu Kham Cave & Blue Lagoon – Vang Vieng

Today Morning we trek to Pha Ngern Viewpoint (high level of fitness required) 

At 8:00 am you will be picked up by the tour guide. On arrival in Pha Ngern, you will start the climb to the Pha Ngern viewpoint - 650m (approx. 45-60mins).
Once you reach the top you will find the most spectacular views, with picturesque landscape views over the paddy fields that “pop” out in clear view from their flat surroundings. From the top, you will also witness a sea of clouds cuddling rocky mountain peaks.
After the trek back down the mountain, you will be transferred back to the hotel and arrive at approximately 10:30 am. Have Lunch then get back to the hotel for a short rest.

Day 4: Return to Vientiane – Optional Hot Air Balloon Ride

In the early morning, you can either choose to walk around the town or you can also book the optional activity HotAir Balloon tour from 6:00 - 8:00 am Tour finish when return to the hotel then you can have breakfast, 10 am we will get back to our car to get back to Vientiane. Arrive at your hotel in Vientiane or airport

Important Notes

If you wish to continue your journey to Luang Prabang instead of returning to Vientiane, please let us know in advance. We can arrange either a private driver or help organize a shared minivan at the most reasonable rate.

Personal details (full name, passport number, etc.) must be provided at least one day prior to departure to ensure proper travel permissions are arranged.
