Pick Up and Drop Off Information
- For airport pick ups, the driver will be waiting at the arrival hall holding a Laos Group Tours welcome plus your name sign
- For hotel pick ups, please wait in your hotel lobby for your driver
- The driver will wait for you up to 1 hour from your flight landing time. If you are delayed longer than 1 hour after landing, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. An additional surcharge will apply for waiting time exceeding 1 hour
- If it is past the waiting time and you are not contactable, it will be considered a "no show". The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
- If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you message within 1 hour of landing, a full refund will be issued
